We are not in-network with insurance providers due to the lack of reimbursement for the extensive time we dedicate to each patient. However, we do accept CareCredit, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for payment.

Our priority is providing high-quality, personalized care, which is why we focus our time on patient well-being rather than insurance billing. As a result, full payment is required either at the time of online booking or at the end of each visit.

To help you maximize your benefits, we provide a superbill with diagnostic and treatment codes that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network coverage. The process of filing an insurance claim is simple and typically takes no more than 10 minutes. If you need assistance, feel free to bring a printed claim form to your appointment, and we'll be happy to guide you through it!

Functional Medicine Appointments

• New Patient Intake – $750 (up to 90 minutes, includes physical exam & blood draw; sedation available for an additional fee)

• Hourly Rate – $500

• Follow-Up Appointments – Typically 30 minutes, unless reviewing labs or requiring extended time

Well & Acute Care Appointments

• New Patient Well Care (60 min) – $250*

• Established Well Care – $225*

• Acute Care Appointments – $175

• Additional charges apply for blood draws, strep/flu/COVID, and other testing.

Genetic Consultations

• Genetic Test – $325–$349

• 60-Minute Consultation with Personalized Nutritional Plan – $375

Appointment Policies

Functional Medicine Appointments

• A non-refundable $200 deposit and a card on file are required for all new functional medicine intakes.

• No-call/no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Well & Acute Care Appointments

• A non-refundable $25 deposit and a card on file are required for all new well/acute care intakes.

• No-call/no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Under Georgia law, patients are required to have an initial in-person appointment with a physician before engaging in telemedicine services via email, phone, or videoconference. However, once this initial visit has taken place, future appointments may be conducted virtually.

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring you receive the dedicated attention and care you deserve. Due to the extended nature of our appointments, cancellations can significantly disrupt our practice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• New Patient Appointments: Require a minimum of 5 days' notice for cancellations. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Existing Patient Appointments: Require a minimum of 3 days' notice for cancellations.

• No-Show or Late Cancellations: Will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

New Patient Paperwork Policy:

• All new patient paperwork must be completed and submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment.

• Failure to submit paperwork on time will result in rescheduling of the appointment and applicable cancellation fees.
